Role: Personal Assistant to MD

Location: Lagos (Nigeria)
Our Client seeks an experienced Personal Assistant, who will be responsible for conducting administrative work for the Managing Director.
The ideal candidate should possess the ability to multitask with flexibility and adaptability.
Responsibilities
He will be responsible for managing multiple tasks for the MD across board.
• Function as the central point of contact or information receiver.
• Responding to emails and complicated form applications on behalf of the MD
• Answering phone calls.
• Arranging and booking transportation or accommodation.
• Organizing meetings and conferences with teams and other executives.
• Managing and setting appointments.
• Tracking essential tasks and deadlines for the MD.
• Managing files and databases for crucial information.
• Filing and managing expenditures.
• Reporting on meetings and activities conducted between employees and the
MD.
• Providing administrative business support as and where needed.
He may have to work irregular hours as a support person to ensure stability.
Qualifications
At a minimum, he must be/have:
• Educated to a graduate level
• 5 years’ experience in similar role
• Competent with Microsoft Office packages
• Experienced in administration
