ADMIN/HR EXECUTIVE

We are a leading Construction and Design company in Lagos looking to hire a competent Admin/HR executive.

Job Description
We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organized Admin/HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, supporting HR functions, and ensuring smooth workflow within the organization.

• Oversee daily administrative activities and ensure office efficiency.
• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
• Monitor and manage payroll processing and employee benefits.
• Serve as a liaison between employees and management on HR-related matters.
• Handle general administrative duties such as correspondence, documentation, and office supplies management.

Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Admin/HR role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

What We Offer:
Basic Pay – N200,000 to N250,000
