Maintenance Manager at DAG Industries Nigeria Limited
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial), Facilities Management, or a related technical field. In some cases, extensive experience can substitute for formal education.
5+ years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, ideally in the same industry (e.g., manufacturing, automotive, food processing).
2+ years of supervisory or management experience within a maintenance team, demonstrating an ability to lead and coordinate a team of technicians and support staff.
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
In-depth knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
