Job Summary: Digital Marketer/Customer Service Representative
Type: Full – Time
Deja Vu Cinema, a subsidiary of Deja Vu Smart Homes, seeks a tech-savvy and customer-focused Digital Marketer/Customer Service Representative in Abuja. This role combines digital marketing expertise with customer service skills to enhance the company’s online presence and in-cinema experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, content creation, and influencer partnerships.
Promote cinema events and smart home products through engaging content and campaigns.
Manage customer service inquiries via phone, email, and social media, ensuring satisfaction.
Organize events and develop loyalty programs to foster customer engagement.
Analyze performance metrics for campaigns, social media, and customer feedback to improve strategies.
Maintain customer interaction records and oversee customer satisfaction initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or customer service.
Proficiency in social media management, content creation tools (e.g., Canva), and customer support systems.
Strong communication, multitasking, and analytical skills.
Based in Abuja (experience in private cinema or smart technology is an advantage).
Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja.
