Job Title : Senior Automation Engineer

Job Summary :
We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions for our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent leadership abilities.
Responsibilities :
– Design, develop, and implement automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics
– Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
– Collaborate with engineers and technicians to integrate automation solutions
– Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation systems
– Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
– Mentor junior engineers and technicians
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
– Manage projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and budgets
Requirements :
– Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
– 8+ years of experience in automation engineering, preferably in Recycling Industry.
– Strong knowledge of:
– PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
– HMI development (Wonderware, FactoryTalk, etc.)
– Robotics programming (FANUC, KUKA, etc.)
– Industrial networking protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.)
– Safety standards (NFPA 79, IEC 62061, etc.)
– Experience with automation software development (C++, Python, etc.)
– Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Nice to Have:
– Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, etc.)
– Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
– Certification in automation or related field (e.g., Certified Automation Professional)
– Experience with cloud-based automation platforms
