Responsibilities
Oversee all kitchen operations, menu development, and team management. In charge of overall food quality and standards.
Requirements
Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role and should be proficient in pattiserie, veinnoiserie and boulangerie. Culinary school certification will serve as an advantage.
Salary: N250,000+ depending on expertise.
