Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Lekki Phase 1
Salary: ₦400,000 net per month
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth by acquiring high-value clients and securing outsourcing deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development within HR consulting or outsourcing firms.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new clients for HR outsourcing services (recruitment, payroll, etc.).
Close outsourcing deals and negotiate contract terms.
Generate and qualify leads, converting them into clients.
Develop and execute strategies to meet business growth targets.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and activities.
Qualifications
3+ years in business development or sales in HR consulting/outsourcing.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
