Job Summary
We are recruiting for Tellers for our client a commercial bank, who will be responsible for processing customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
–ADVERTISEMENT–
Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and accounts
Identify and prevent fraudulent transactions
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
Promote the bank’s products and services to customers
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (BSC) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any field
Maximum age of 28 years
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Previous experience in banking or customer service is an added advantage.
