Job Description:
· Market Research and Analysis: Conducting comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities
· Strategy Development: Formulating and implementing business development strategies that align with the company’s goals and tailored to clients’ needs.
· Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Proposal Development: Overseeing the preparation of bids and proposals for projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and are competitive.
· Collaboration with Teams: Working closely with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure that business development initiatives align with operational capabilities and financial goals.
· Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of business development initiatives and making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
· Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all business development activities comply with industry regulations and standards.
· Budget Management: Developing and managing budgets related to business development activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
· Networking and Industry Engagement: Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote services and build industry presence.
· Reporting: Preparing reports and presentations for business development activities, market conditions, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
• Qualification: MBA, MSc, bachelor’s degree in Tech, Social Sciences or similar fields
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years
• Must have experience working in the oil and gas industry.
