Our Client Restaurant is an ONLINE KITCHEN that delivers food to its customers based on orders received, and they seek to hire a CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTENDANT.
Ideal Candidate must be smart and available to resume immediately.
*ROLE:* CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTENDANT( *Female* )
*LOCATION:* Salem BusStop, Ajah
*SALARY* : 70k – 80k
*ACCOMODATION IS AVAILABLE*
*RESPONSIBILITIES* :
▫️TAKING ORDERS FROM CUSTOMERS VIA CALL OR CHAT.
▫️ PLACING THE ORDER ON THE SYSTEM, THEN NOTIFYING THE KITCHEN STAFFS
▫️ASSIGN ORDER TO A RIDER AND FOLLOW UP TILL FOOD IS DELIVERED.
▫️GETTING FEEDBACK FROM CUSTOMERS ABOUT THE FOOD.
*REQUIREMENTS* :
🟣 Candidates must have at least OND qualification.
🟣 Must have proven experience working as a Customer Care for at least 2 years.
🟣 Candidates must be familiar with the use of Microsoft Packages.
🟣 Smart, Eloquent, Approachable and presentable.
🟣 Candidates with experience working as Customer Care, Receptionist or Front Desk Personel from Hospitality Industry will be most preferred.
