Job Description:
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running of all activities.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of management experience in recreational facility management, entertainment venue management, hospitality management, leisure and amusement management, or retail management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
• Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies.
Salary Expectation: 250,000 – 300,000 Net
