Requirements:
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of human hair/extensions and lengths.
Responsibilities:
• Handle calls, DMs, and log client interactions via CRM.
• Generate sales leads and manage customer inquiries.
• Build trust with clients through effective communication.
• Follow up on orders and resolve complaints promptly.
• Relay tech issues to the dev team and provide client feedback.
