Job Title: Marketing Officer (Facility)
Location: Gbagada, Lagos

We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for our organization to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
Responsibilities
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
Aggressively canvass and obtain new businesses for the company in line with targets as communicated from time to time
Manage existing relationships to ensure maximum customer satisfaction to get new businesses from existing customers
Prepare list weekly and develop leads for new business
Use all available means to follow up aggressively on contacts
Aggressive daily salesmanship of all identified prospects
Develop new channels of business
Carry out cost estimates, material documents, specification lists, equipment, labor and BOQ for for quotations and proposals
Requirements and Skills
B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business and other fields or a related field
Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets
Must be good with PowerPoint and presentation.
Salary
N250,000 – N400,000 monthly.
