Responsibilities:
1. Identifying growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, and preparing critical business documents to support our expansion strategy.
2. Prepare high-quality business documents, including proposals, bids, contracts, and MOUs.
3. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning.
4. Identify and pursue business opportunities in the construction and oil & gas sectors.
Requirements:
1. 5 – 9 years of proven experience in business development, specifically in the construction and oil & gas industries.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
3. Strong understanding of the construction and oil & gas markets.
4. Demonstrated ability to prepare professional business documents.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
7. Highly motivated, self-driven, and result-oriented.
