Job Title: Telemarketer
Location: Lekki Phase 1
Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our telemarketing team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting products and services, generating leads, and setting appointments. No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training to ensure you succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to prospective customers and clients to generate leads and set appointments
– Promote and sell products/services based on customer needs
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system
– Handle customer inquiries and objections with professionalism and courtesy
– Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
– Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and improve processes
– Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and continue building relationships
Requirements:
– Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
– Confidence and resilience to handle rejection and continue making calls
– Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed
– Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information or changes in products/services
– Basic computer and typing skills, with knowledge of CRM software a plus
– Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not required
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a Full time on-site Job
Working Hours are 3:30 PM to 3:30 AM *(this is due to the international time zone required for telemarketers in certain countries)*
You are entitled to 2 days off in a month, you will choose your off-work days *(this is due to customer relationship purposes with international clients)* this is not 2 days in a week , this is 2 days off in a month
Accommodation is available for those who choose the option
Salary: 230k to 330k (naira)
Educational Qualification: Minimum of NCE, OND , BSC , HND.
Age Gap: Not less than 40 years of Age (your age should not pass 40)
Tests and Oral Interviews will be required to prove English Proficiency (Your English Language must be without Error)
