We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title:
Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day office tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and memos.
Organizing, filing, and maintaining physical and digital records. Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Ordering and maintaining office supplies, ensuring equipment is functional, and managing inventory.
Entering and updating data accurately in databases or systems
Safeguarding sensitive and confidential information.
Requirements
You are at advantage if you:
Reside within Yaba and its environment
Possess a driver’s license
Salary
N70,000 – N150,000 monthly.
