Salary: N200,000 monthly.

Develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategies to attract top talent for the company’s various departments and positions
Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, and make hiring decisions that align with our company’s values and goals
Oversee the employee onboarding process, including new hire orientation, training, and integration into the company culture
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
Develop and maintain employee policies and procedures, and communicate updates and changes to all staff members
