7. Position: Female Personal Assistant (Holistic Health Sector)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Founder of a holistic health company. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a passion for health and wellness. This role involves assisting in day-to-day operations, managing the founder’s schedule, coordinating an active WhatsApp community, and conducting research to support the company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the founder’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
• Organize and prioritize daily tasks and communications.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the founder.
• Conduct in-depth research on holistic health trends, herbal remedies, and wellness practices.
• Compile findings into clear, actionable reports and summaries.
• Assist in preparing content for workshops, blogs, or social media platforms.
• Help manage ongoing wellness projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with team members, vendors, or collaborators as needed.
• Organize logistics for workshops, webinars, or speaking engagements.
• Handle registrations, follow-ups, and other tasks the founder may be engaged in or with.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
• Must be available to travel at the shortest possible notice.
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute to the growth of a mission-driven company in the holistic health sector.
Job Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Health Sciences, Business Administration, Communications) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media tools.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp group management and engagement strategies.
• At least a year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
• Experience managing online communities or social media platforms is a plus.
• Passionate about health and wellness.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
Other Requirements
• Familiarity with holistic health concepts and practices is a significant advantage.
• Availability to respond to urgent matters promptly, even outside of standard hours when necessary.
