Job Title: Retail Sales Executive
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description
Opening and closing savings and checking accounts.
Cross-selling financial services and products.
Resolving customer complaints.
Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
Conducting market research on rival products.
Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
Maintaining client relations.
Tracked sales data to ensure the company met sales quotas.
Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
Assisting customers with their banking needs.
Escalating issues to the supervisors, when necessary.
Requirements
Minimum BSC in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales and Procurement, Banking & Finance, Economics, and/or related professional qualifications.
The Preferred candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience (in Financial Institutions- Commercial Banks, MFBs, PFA, Insurance Companies, etc.)

₦180,000 – ₦200,000 Monthly.
