Job Title: HEAD IT/OPERATIONS
Experience: 2-5 years

Location: Lekki/Lagos
Qualification: BSc/HND in any relevant field
For IT/Operations. Managing IT & Operations: Overseeing daily IT and operational activities, including maintenance.
1. Managing security measures to protect the organization’s IT systems and data.
2. Networks: Monitor all transaction postings on Bank One and rectify other software-related issues. Ensuring that the organization’s computer networks are reliable, efficient, and secure
3. Managing IT vendors: Maintaining relationships with technology vendors and service providers
4. Developing IT policies: Designing and developing policies related to network security, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure
5. Providing technical support: Providing technical IT support to staff and customers.
6. Staying up-to-date: Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends
Basically, we need an operations staff who must have worked in a Bank or Finance company at a senior level and has IT experience. The role is to oversee the area of all IT concerns issues in the office, monitor all transaction postings on Bank One, and rectify other software-related issues.
