Experience: Minimum 2 years in business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
•Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
•Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies.
•Create and present detailed business proposals and pitches.
•Work closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
•Monitor and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the success of initiatives.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•Proven track record in achieving business growth targets.
•Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•Analytical mindset with the ability to develop data-driven strategies.
•Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
