•Monitor social media channels and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
•Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports on social media campaigns.
•Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high-quality visual and written content.
•Stay updated on the latest social media trends and incorporate them into strategies.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
•Proven experience managing social media accounts with measurable success.
•Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
•Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
