Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
📍Lagos Island
Required:
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Foundational understanding of financial products and asset management services is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of customer relationship management concepts.
• Previous internship or work experience in customer service or sales support is an advantage.
