Job Description

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
📍Lagos Island

Required:
•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of CRM systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
•⁠ ⁠Foundational understanding of financial products and asset management services is a plus.
•⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
•⁠ ⁠Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
•⁠ ⁠Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
•⁠ ⁠Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of customer relationship management concepts.
•⁠ ⁠Previous internship or work experience in customer service or sales support is an advantage.
