Our client is a retail company that specializes in the sales of phones, gadgets, electronics and computers.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing team and develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.
Salary: N700,000 – N1,000,000
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, computer science, Communications, Business, or related field. MBA is an advantage.
2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy and leadership.
3. Proven track record of success in driving digital growth, improving brand awareness, and increasing conversions.
4. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
5. Experience with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software.
6. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.
2. Lead and manage a team of digital marketers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
3. Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, engaging content across various digital channels.
4. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
5. Analyze and report on digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve digital marketing strategies.
8. Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with digital marketing vendors, agencies, and partners.
10. Ensure compliance with digital marketing regulations, laws, and industry standards.
Skills
1. Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
2. Knowledge of programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python.
3. Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Magento, Pardot, or HubSpot or WordPress
4. Certification in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics Certification, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification, or Facebook Blueprint Certification.
