Admin/ Customer Service Officer
Location: Lekki phase 1 Lagos.
Work mode: On site (full time)
Budget: N120,000 and above

Job Summary:
As an Admin/Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by promoting our products and services. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery. Your communication skills and ability to understand customer needs will be crucial in meeting our customers needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Actively promote our flower collections to new and existing customers.
2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
3. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat purchases.
4. Assist with order processing and ensure timely deliveries.
5. Stay updated on the latest floral trends and products to effectively advise customers.
6. ⁠Social Media Savvy ( Post on our social media pages and ensure customers engagement)
7. ⁠Any other duties assigned

Requirements:
1. HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or related qualifications.
2. Proven experience as an Admin/Customer Service Officer or in a similar role.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries.
6. Knowledge of flowers and floral arrangements is a plus but not required.
7. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Benefits:
Salary: N120,000.00 and above
Working Days: Monday to Sunday with 2 days off weekly.
