Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting, bank reconciliation, fixed asset register and administrative services to meet organizational and statutory requirements.
Ensures financial accuracy, andcompliance with accounting standards, and provides critical insights into inventory-related financial metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
Monthly retirements
Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
Monitor company budgets and expenditures.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and other departments regarding financial matters.
Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an Account Officer, Accountant, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
