We’re Hiring: HR Manager (Legal Firm)
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Salary: ₦350,000/month
Working Hours: Mon – Fri (9 AM – 5 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the firm’s goals.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and staff welfare programs.
Requirements:
• Education: B.Sc. in HR or related field.
• Experience: 3–4 years in HR within a service-based industry.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and excellent communication skills.
• Certification: CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM is an added advantage.
• Location: Must reside in or around Lekki, Lagos.
