Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Lagos for an Executive Sales Manager. The Executive Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, set sales targets, and develop strategies to achieve revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, managing a sales team, ensuring superior customer service, and identifying market opportunities. The role will involve property tours, conducting negotiations, and providing tailored solutions to clients. Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this dynamic position.
Qualifications
• Sales and Negotiation: Strong sales acumen, proven track record in closing deals, and excellent negotiation skills.
• Customer Relationship Management: Proficiency in managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and understanding customer needs.
• Team Leadership and Motivation: Experience in managing, mentoring, and inspiring a sales team to meet or exceed targets.
• Market Analysis: Competence in identifying market trends and opportunities, analyzing data, and crafting sales strategies.
• Communication and Presentation: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
• Relevant qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; real estate experience is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with real estate software tools and a deep understanding of the Nigerian property market are a plus.
