Job Title: HR Officer (Microfinance Bank)
Location: Festac, Lagos
Salary: ₦300K to 400k (gross monthly)
Job Type: Full-time
Joining Timeline: Within 2 weeks
We are hiring an HR Officer to support our growing team. The ideal candidate must reside in or around Festac, as proximity is key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Manage employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with payroll preparation and compliance
• Support employee engagement and performance tracking
• Handle staff queries and day-to-day HR operations
• Provide HR reports to management as needed
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of HR experience
• Solid understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR practices
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Must live in or very close to Festac, Lagos
