*Key Responsibilities*
* Oversee the daily maintenance operations of the business
* Maintenance Manager with at least 5+ years experience (hospitality best), HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills,
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Manage building maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
* Develop and implement cost-effective maintenance strategies.
* Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost optimization.
* Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities meet organizational and legal standards.
* Supervise and support facility staff to ensure operational excellence.
* Excellent leadership skills
