ROLE INFORMATION
A leading company specialising in high-quality construction materials for residential and commercial projects is seeking a licensed and experienced Architect or Interior Designer to join its marketing team in a technical sales capacity. This role combines strong technical expertise in design/architecture with sales and client-facing responsibilities, focusing on promoting and selling construction materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support marketing and sales efforts by leveraging technical/design knowledge to advise clients (e.g., architects, developers, contractors) on material selection and application.
• Conduct client consultations, product presentations, and specifications for residential/commercial projects.
• Drive sales through relationship-building and technical expertise in the field.
• Willingness and ability to perform out-of-office visits, field movement, client meetings, and on-site activities.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
• 5years previous experience in a similar role
EMPLOYMENT TERMS
• Fulltime
• 400,000 – 500,000 with other benefits
