We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support the attraction of high-quality talent.
Key Responsibilities:
👉Source and shortlist qualified candidates
👉Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
👉Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
👉Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline
👉Support onboarding and integration of new hires
Requirements:
👉Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
👉Strong communication and interpersonal skills
👉Ability to multitask and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
👉Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (added advantage)
