Role Summary
The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market penetration across multiple channels, and position the company for international expansion.
The role requires strong commercial acumen, channel development expertise, team leadership capability, and strategic thinking to scale both local and export markets.
Major Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA or related postgraduate qualification (an advantage).
* 6–8+ years sales/commercial experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in agribusiness, FMCG, commodities, technology or related industries.
* Proven track record of delivering aggressive growth targets.
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
* High energy, innovative thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in CRM and digital sales tools.
