About the Role
Frontrow Media is a fast-growing media agency and officially certified TikTok partner focused on discovering and scaling digital talent. We are seeking articulate, confident, and professional individuals to join our team as TikTok Live Talent Acquisition Officers.
This is a structured office-based role that involves actively engaging TikTok creators during live sessions (via video and text), introducing our agency, and recruiting promising creators to join our network. As a communication-driven agency, we place high value on clarity, confidence, and professionalism in every interaction.
This is not a content creation role. It is a professional engagement and talent recruitment position within a corporate media environment.
Key Responsibilities
●Join TikTok Live sessions to engage creators professionally
●Present and communicate the agency’s benefits clearly and confidently
●Identify and recruit high-potential creators
●Build and maintain strong digital relationships
●Follow up with prospective talents
●Meet recruitment and engagement targets
●Maintain accurate recruitment records

●Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills
●Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
●Confidence engaging on live video
●Professional appearance and conduct
●High level of social intelligence and emotional awareness
●Ability to think quickly and respond appropriately during live interactions
Target-driven and results-oriented
Requirements
●Degree in a related field
Comfortable appearing on live video when required
●Basic understanding of TikTok Live features
●Previous experience in sales, recruitment, customer engagement, or media is an advantage
