Location: Ikoyi / Lagos Island
Industry: Financial Services / Asset Management
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Officer with a proven track record in the Asset Management industry. This role is for a strategic thinker who can drive growth and manage high-net-worth client portfolios.
Key Requirements:
Prior experience in a Business Development role within an Asset Management company is mandatory.
Deep understanding of investment products, mutual funds, and Nigerian financial markets.
Strong networking and relationship management skills.
Ability to meet and exceed ambitious AUM (Assets Under Management) targets.

3. Internal Control Officer
Location: Lagos
Qualification: Professional Accountant
We are seeking a meticulous Internal Control Officer to strengthen our risk management and compliance frameworks.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a reputable Audit firm or a similar Internal Control role.
A background in Accounting is highly preferred (ICAN/ACCA in view or completed is an advantage).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to conduct thorough audits, identify process gaps, and implement internal controls.
