We are Hiring :Facility Manager
We are currently seeking a proactive, highly organized, and solutions-oriented Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance coordination, safety standards, and regulatory compliance of a fast-paced and high-demand environment.
This role requires strong leadership capability, technical competence, and the ability to ensure facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with required
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily facility operations
• Manage client’s comunication via the facility management channels.
• Manage maintenance schedules and oversee vendor performance
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards
• Conduct routine inspections and promptly address operational issues
• Support facility improvement initiatives and maintain proper documentation
Requirements
• Minimum qualification: HND (Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage)
• Proven experience in facility management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
• Proximity to the Island is an added advantage
