1. Litigation & Dispute Resolution Lawyers (2 Positions)
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Salary: 500k and above
Experience Requirements:
• 4–6 years post Call-to-Bar
• 7–10 years post Call-to-Bar
Responsibilities:
• Handle litigation and dispute resolution matters
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Provide sound legal advisory services
• Draft legal documents and manage case files
2. Practice Manager
The Practice Manager will serve as the central hub for non-legal operations, driving efficiency through oversight of administrative and operational functions.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee HR, Finance, IT, and Compliance functions
• Drive operational efficiency and process improvements
• Coordinate administrative activities across departments
• Support leadership with reporting and operational strategy
Requirements:
• Strong operations or practice management experience
• Proven leadership and team supervision capability
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Experience managing multi-functional administrative teams
3. Senior Admin/Operations Manager
Salary: Negotiable
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or related field (Master’s degree an advantage).
• Minimum 5 – 8 years’ progressive operations management experience, preferably in a nonprofit, health, development, or social sector organization.
• Experience managing teams and organizational systems.
• Demonstrated ability to establish processes, policies, and performance structures.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
4. Senior Medical Doctor
Qualifications & Experience
• Medical Doctor (MBBS or equivalent) – mandatory
• Postgraduate qualification in Public Health, Health Management, Business Administration, or related field – required
• Minimum of 7–10 years relevant clinical and administrative/management experience
• Experience in hospital, public health or specialised medical programme management preferred
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and service delivery operations
5. Direct Sales Officers (20 Positions)
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Salary -200k + Commission
Job Summary
The Direct Sales Officer will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling the company’s software packages using a Business-to-Business (B2B) model. The role involves identifying prospects, generating leads, pitching solutions, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ B2B sales experience, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, or software, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with the ability to communicate value effectively. Good understanding of financial technology solutions, plus proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated and results-driven professional with strong relationship management skills and the ability to work independently.
