Job Description

*Job Title: Field Sales Representative (Activation Manager)*
*Location:* Lagos
*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Representative (Activation Manager) to drive product visibility, market penetration, and customer acquisition across assigned territories in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with route-to-market strategies and a strong ability to execute on-ground sales activations for a liquor products

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Execute field sales activities and drive product activation within assigned routes
* Identify and onboard new customers/retail outlets (including bars, restaurants, and distributors)
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
* Ensure product availability and visibility at key sales points
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Provide regular reports on sales performance and field activities

*Requirements:*
* 1–2 years of experience in route-to-market or field sales roles
* ⁠Experience in FMCG or alcoholic beverage sales is an added advantage
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and meet targets
* Good knowledge of Lagos market and distribution channels
* Must be proactive and result-oriented

*Compensation & Benefits:*
* Salary: ₦150,000 net monthly + commission
* Transport Allowance: ₦50,000
