Job title: Chief Financial Officer
Location: Jabi, Abuja
Salary: N1m-N1.5m

A luxury real estate/construction company is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in construction and real estate development to lead our financial operations.
The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, particularly in project-based financing, cost control, and large-scale development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the company’s overall financial strategy, aligned with business and project goals
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple construction projects
Manage project financing, including debt structuring, investor relations, and funding strategies
Monitor project costs, margins, and cash flow to ensure profitability and efficiency
Implement strong financial controls across procurement, contracts, and project execution
Provide financial insights on land acquisition, development feasibility, and investment decisions
Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and financial reporting requirements
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams
Lead and develop the finance and accounting team
Requirements
Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in finance, with significant exposure to construction or real estate development
Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role (CFO, Finance Director, or similar)
Strong understanding of project-based accounting and cost control
Experience managing large-scale construction budgets and multiple projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and investment appraisal
Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) is required
MBA or MSc in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferably from an international institution)
Experience working with executive leadership and investors
