Job Description

𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 & 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Location: Lagos
Salary Range: ₦1,000,000 – ₦1,500,000 monthly (Gross)

Key Responsibilities
– Build and structure the HR function, including policies, procedures, and reporting lines.
– Lead end-to-end recruitment across all levels, especially site-based roles.
– Develop sourcing strategies to attract and retain high-quality talent.
– Design and implement an effective performance appraisal system.
– Lead and manage diverse teams across both site and office environments.
– Provide strong leadership and direction to cross-functional teams.
– Oversee administrative operations for efficiency and compliance.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
– Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
– Background in construction or similar operational environments preferred.
– Demonstrated ability to build HR systems and structures from scratch.
