URGENTLY HIRING – People Operations Lead
Dear professionals, we are currently seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and drive key people operations initiatives within a fast-paced and multi-location organization.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years progressive HR experience
• At least 2 years in HR Operations, HR Services, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, or related operational HR functions
• Strong experience managing HR operations across multiple business locations
• Hands-on experience in:
Payroll Administration
Employee Relations
Compensation & Benefits
HR Operations
Workforce Administration
HRIS Management
HR Compliance
Employee Engagement
• Experience within FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, Logistics, Manufacturing, Telecoms, or similarly fast-paced environments is highly preferred
• Proven ability to support and manage large workforce populations
• Strong operational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
