Key Responsibilities:
* Attend to customer inquiries and complaints
* Respond to messages, emails, and phone calls
* Follow up on leads and successfully close sales through customer engagement.
* Assist customers with suitable product recommendations
* Follow up on customer orders and inquiries
* Maintain proper records and ensure excellent customer service
* Support daily administrative operations
* Convince and engage customers effectively to drive sales
