‼️ Hiring: Brand Strategist
Location: Costain, Lagos (Hybrid)
Salary: 300,000 monthly
Role Summary
The Brand Strategist will lead the development of brand positioning, campaign strategy, and audience-driven insights that help clients achieve their business objectives. The role requires a strategic thinker who can translate research and business goals into compelling brand narratives and integrated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop brand positioning strategies, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives
* Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to inform brand direction
* Translate business objectives into actionable creative and media briefs
* Lead brand discovery sessions and strategy workshops with clients and stakeholders
* Collaborate with creative, media, and client service teams to develop and execute campaigns
* Review campaign deliverables to ensure alignment with brand strategy and objectives
* Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities
* Present strategic recommendations, insights, and briefs to clients
* Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and build strong client relationships
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass communications or a related field
* Minimum of 3-4years’ experience in Brand Strategy, Marketing Strategy, or a similar role within a creative, branding, or media agency
* Proven experience developing strategy for multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Strong research, analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills
* Experience working collaboratively with creative, media, and client-facing teams
