We are seeking a motivated and results-driven graphic designer and web developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Maintain, and manage the company’s websites to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and security.
2. Regularly update website content, including blogs, articles, property listings, and other relevant information.
3. Design and create engaging marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, social media creatives, and promotional graphics.
4. Develop website graphics, landing pages, and digital advertisements that align with the company’s brand identity.
5. Plan, run, and monitor online advertising campaigns especially google ads, ensuring they generate quality leads and convert to sales.
6. Ensure all websites are mobile-friendly, responsive, and optimized for search engines.
7. Maintain brand consistency across all websites, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
8. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform routine website maintenance, and ensure regular backups are conducted.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and web technologies to continuously improve the company’s online presence and marketing effectiveness.
*Requirements*
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media is an advantage
Minimum of [OND/HND/BSc] in a relevant field
