*Job Summary
The Station Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the filling station, ensuring efficient fuel sales, customer satisfaction, inventory accountability, safety compliance, and profitability.
*Key Responsibilities
– Manage all daily station operations.
– Ensure accurate fuel dispensing and sales reporting.
– Monitor fuel stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
– Supervise station attendants and support staff.
– Ensure strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
– Monitor cash handling and reconciliation processes.
– Investigate stock variances and losses.
– Maintain excellent customer service standards.
– Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.
– Prepare operational and sales reports.
– Ensure cleanliness and proper appearance of the station.
– Drive initiatives to improve station performance and profitability.
*Qualifications & Experience
– Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a filling station or retail operation.
– Knowledge of petroleum retail operations is an advantage.
