About the Role
Estrada International Staffing Solution is seeking an Area Business Manager to drive business growth, oversee regional operations, and manage sales performance across assigned locations in Nigeria.
Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth and business expansion across assigned regions
• Manage and support regional teams to achieve performance targets
• Develop and implement strategic business plans
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Monitor market trends and identifygrowth opportunities
• Ensure effective execution of business development strategies
• Report performance metrics and business insights to management
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant field
• Strong background in sales, business development, or regional management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple locations and teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
