Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Terminal Operations Manager to safely, efficiently, and profitably lead 24/7 terminal operations. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the terminal facility, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of LPG, white products (PMS/AGO/DPK), and bitumen.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day terminal activities, including tanker ship discharge, pipeline scheduling, and road gantry operations
• Plan daily schedules to meet customer nominations and throughput targets
• Oversee LPG cylinder filling plant operations and bitumen processing/blending
• Ensure product integrity through quality control testing and accurate inventory management
• Champion HSE policies and ensure compliance with DPR/NMDPRA regulations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related discipline
• 15–20 years’ experience in engineering or the oil and gas industry
• Minimum of 6 years’ specialized experience in oil terminal operations
• Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in fuel terminal maintenance and environmental compliance
• Relevant industrial safety (ISO) and Project Management certifications
• Strong knowledge of LPG handling, white product logistics, and terminal automation systems
