Hiring: HR Operations Lead
📍 Igbariam, Anambra State
₦750,000 – ₦1,000,000 net monthly
Requirements
• 7–10 years progressive HR experience in HR Operations / Employee Relations
• HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR compliance
• Experience as HR Business Partner in FMCG, logistics, manufacturing or similar
Responsibilities
• Oversee HR operations and employee lifecycle management
• Manage employee relations and workforce administration
• Ensure compliance, reporting, and HR policy execution
• Support workforce planning and HR analytics
