Are you an experienced technical professional with hands-on expertise in gable-top packaging technology? Do you have a proven track record of operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing Nimco gable-top filling machines? If so, we’d like to hear from you.
Position: Technical Specialist – Gable-Top Packaging
Key Responsibilities
* Operate, maintain, and optimize Nimco gable-top packaging machines.
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues to minimize downtime.
* Improve machine efficiency, product quality, and production output.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
* Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
* Support production teams with technical expertise and continuous process improvements.
* Train operators on best practices for machine operation and maintenance.
Requirements
* Demonstrable hands-on experience with Nimco gable-top packaging equipment.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
* Experience in dairy, beverage, juice, or liquid food packaging will be an added advantage.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to operational excellence.
