* Preparation of all Bank Reconciliation both Naira and Domiciliary account
* Review reconciliation for collection banks on ERP against actual bank statement.
* Investigate and resolve outstanding reconciling issues resulting from individual channel reconciliation.
* Coordinate and monitor timely response to charge back / claims from Banks and payment platform.
* Follow up and resolution of issues bordering under settlement of successful transactions
* Prepare monthly sales analysis for management account reporting
* Reconcile total sales to collection in bank
* Ensure all revenue figures and entries are correctly represented on the financial statement.
* Prepare month end reconciliation and aging for all receivables, sales control and revenue accruals accounts.

Key Responsibilities

2. Design Implementation: Interpret architectural plans, working drawings, and material specifications for site workers and subcontractors; resolve any design discrepancies or site conflicts immediately.
3. Collaboration & Coordination: Act as the primary technical liaison between the design office, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site contractors.
4. Progress Reporting: Monitor project timelines, track milestones, and provide comprehensive weekly progress updates, photos, and site logs to executive management.
5. Material & Finish Verification: Inspect delivered materials and finishes to verify they meet structural specifications and aesthetic standards before installation.
6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all site operations adhere strictly to local building codes, structural regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
2. Experience: Proven experience working as a Site Architect, Project Architect, or Resident Engineer directly on active residential or commercial construction sites.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex architectural drawings, structural layouts, and MEP plans. Familiarity with CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit) is highly advantageous.
4. Site Management: Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, craftsmanship standards, and structural detailing.
5. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced site environment.

Role Description
The Executive Driver role at DLE is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Executive Driver will be responsible for safely transporting company executives and designated passengers, ensuring punctual arrival to meetings, events, and appointments. Daily tasks include vehicle inspection and maintenance checks, route planning to optimize travel time, and adherence to traffic regulations and company safety policies. The role involves maintaining a clean, well-presented vehicle, handling confidential information with discretion, and providing courteous, professional support to executives and guests. The Executive Driver may also assist with logistics-related errands, document delivery, and coordination with the operations team when needed.
Qualifications
* Strong vehicle operation skills, including experience with Truck Driving and familiarity with Truck safety and handling.
* Valid driving license, with a clean driving record and knowledge of local and interstate road regulations.
